Order a game console

It is possible to exchange your points for a game console of choice.

In order to receive a game console you only have to download the order form, fill it out and return it signed per email, fax or post.

(1) Use of loyalty points is subject to the terms and conditions of the loyalty program and leads to a recommitment of 15 months which replaces the initial period of engagement.
(2) Your contract anniversary points will be awarded 2 months in advance.
(3) Restricted to a single product or service per order.
(4) Activation of an option will take 5 days after receipt of the order form, except if it concerns a already activated option, see details with your Customer Service
(5) The reduction is applied on the entire month.
(6) After this period the option will be invoiced at the normal commercial tariff. See the tariff overview.
