Metro/walking directions from ‘Esplanade de la Défense' station

Take metro line 1 towards La Défense and get off at the ‘Esplanade de la Défense' stop. When you arrive, follow directions to the exit via ‘Sortie 1 et 11' signposted at the middle of the platform. Take the left exit to ‘La Défense 1'.
When leaving the station, take the escalator and turn right onto the ‘Passarelle de L'Aigle' footbridge following signs to ‘Les Saisons'. Continue on this bridge between the ‘Tour First' building and the ‘Frasers Suites Harmonies' building. When you arrive at the ‘Place des Saisons' the ‘Les Saisons' building will be on your left behind the ‘Tour First' building.

By taxi

Take a taxi to La Défense and ask your driver to stop in front of the Ibis and Novotel hotels. Take the escalator onto the ‘Passerelle de l'Aigle' footbridge and turn right to follow the bridge between the ‘Tour First' building and the ‘Frasers Suites Harmonies' building. When you arrive at the ‘Place des Saisons', the ‘Les Saisons' building is in front of you, behind the ‘Tour First' building.

By car from Paris

If you have a GPS, enter the address ‘4, Place des Saisons, 92400 Courbevoie'.
From Porte Maillot, take avenue Charles De Gaulle towards Pont de Neuilly/La Défense. Go across the bridge and join the ringroad. Take the ‘La Défense 1, Les Saisons' exit on your right, onto Rue Louis Blanc. Turn right onto Rue du Général Audran. Stop at the ‘Parking Vinci Les Saisons' carpark, where you will be able to park your car.
Alternatively, you could take the Quai du Président Paul Doumer and exit left onto Rue Général Audran.
