Jacques Bonifay

CEO - Chairman - Founder

In November 2009, Jacques has been elected as President of Alternative Mobile the French MVNO association gathering the biggest French MVNOs (Virgin Mobile, Carrefour Mobile, Auchan Mobile, NRJ Mobile, KPN France Mobile, …). Jacques is now leading all the Association MVNO efforts towards the French government and the French Telecom regulatory authority.

Previously, Jacques was in charge of Strategy & Business Development for the Professional & Consumer Division of Alcatel. Among other missions he initiated, with several operators, new businesses based on fixed mobile convergence and e-commerce.
efore that, Jacques worked for McKinsey & Co. Paris office as a Strategy Consultant and undertook missions in the area of Information Technology. He started his career with Matra Marconi Space in Technical Development and Sales Management.

Jacques has an engineering degree from ENSERG/INPG (Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electronique et de Radioélectricité de Grenoble) – France, and a MBA degree from INSEAD.

Bertrand Salomon

Deputy CEO - AProduct Development & MVNE Operations - Co- founder

Previously, Bertrand worked for Bouygues Telecom France, as Manager for New Products & Services and as Director of the Mobile Internet activity. Before that, Bertrand worked for Sagem France, in technical development and project management. Bertrand first experience was with a UNIX System manufacturer in San Jose (California).

Bertrand has an engineering degree from the Polytechnic School of Lausanne (Switzerland), and a MBA degree from INSEAD (France).

Romain Durand

R&D Director - Co-founder

Previously, Romain was responsible for the value added services definition within the Alcatel mobile phone department. He was more specifically focusing on subjects related to security, mobile Internet and m-business. Romain was representing Alcatel into standardisation organisms like ETSI or WAP Forum. Before Alcatel, Romain spent 2 years in Japan. He was in charge of technological survey within the telecommunication field.

Romain has an engineering degree from ENSEEIHT (Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Electronique, d'Electrotechnique, d'Informatique et d'Hydraulique de Toulouse).

Marie-Julie Le Guen

Head of MVNO business unit

Marie-Julie is in charge of the development of the MVNO business unit and its products: Transatel mobile, Eurokeitai and LeFrenchMobile.

Marie-Julie spent more than 5 years in Bertrand Salomon’s team as product and project manager. She has launched more than 15 MVNOs in France, Belgium and UK.

Marie-Julie has an engineering degree from ENSEIRB (École Nationale Supérieure d’Electronique, Informatique et Radiocommunications de Bordeaux) with a specialisation in software for networks and telecommunications. Marie-Julie is also graduated from HEC Paris (Hautes Études Commerciales) and Telecom ParisTech (École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications) in Specialised Masters Management and New Technologies

Philippe Vigneau

Business Development Director

He took part in the first launchings of MVNOs in Northern Europe. Philippe also worked 6 years for American Express, where he was in charge of the Commercial Development of Partnerships for the « Corporate » offers. Among his missions, he developed several partnerships with airline companies, hotel groups and banks. Philippe also worked with Xerox as part of the Strategic Direction.

Philippe has a degree from ESLSCA Paris (Ecole Supérieure Libre des Sciences Commerciales Appliquées).

Philippe Bernaroyat

Director of the Information Systems and Technical Director

Previously, Philippe was responsible for the System Development for Numericable in Paris (Noos Numericable group). He also worked for Cegetel / SFR and Neuf Cegetel as Program Manager and Project Director.

Philippe has an engineering degree from EISTI (Ecole Internationale des Sciences du Traitement de l'Information).
