Yes, you receive the text messages sent to your active line in real time. Text messages sent to other lines can be retrieved whenever you want by a very simple action (Service available for active clients from January 2006). To do this, simply go to the Transatel menu of your phone and select 'Synchro SMS'.
Yes, you have access to the WAP portals thanks to a GPRS connection offered by Transatel Mobile.

Unified messaging is a single point of access for all your incoming messages : voicemail, fax and even e-mails. All messages can be accessed from your mobile, but also from any other phone (fixed or mobile) or via the Internet.
The Unified Messaging Service allows you to manage your messages easily. If you have an Internet connection, you can through a simple interface forward your messages, emails and faxes.If you happen to forget your phone, or your battery is down, you still have access your messages from any Internet access point.If you are abroad (in a country outside of the Transatel Zone) and you wish to check your messages without paying roaming fees, also use the unified messaging service!
UMS is accessible from everywhere in the world.
Access to UMS from your mobile phone is free in the countries where you have activated a line. If you call from another country you will be charged at the standard roaming tariffs. It is always free if you access UMS via the Internet, no matter where you are.
Yes, Transatel Mobile deal with the transfer of your mobile phone number(s) to your new Transatel SIM card. You can keep your current French, Belgian, Luxemburg and Dutch mobile phone number(s) (either prepaid or postpaid). To do so, you need to return the compulsory information and documents with the signed contract to keep your number(s) (indicated in the contract). Only the Swiss numbers can not be transfered to a Transatel SIM card.
