If you are a current prepaid customer, fill in the second page of your Transatel Mobile contract and send it back with:

portability form which is provided by Transatel Mobile, completed and signed with the number of your SIM card (indicated on your simcard).

If you subscribed to a postpaid service (with invoice), fill in the second page of your Transatel contract with the following information:

portability form which is provided by Transatel Mobile, completed and signed with the number of your SIM card (indicated on your simcard)

and return the contract with a copy of the first page of your last invoice, with your necessary contact details written on it.
