If you are a current prepaid customer, fill in the second page of your Transatel Mobile contract and send it back with:

the mobile phone number you wish to keep

and your current SIM card number, indicated on your simcard

the name of your operator (and of the network used)

If you subscribed to a postpaid plan (with invoice), fill in the second page of your Transatel Mobile contract with the following information:

the mobile phone number you wish to keep

your current SIM card number, indicated on your simcard

and return the contract with a copy of the first page of your last invoice, with your necessary contact details written on it
the name of your operator (and of the network used).
